Which Service should I choose?

Here is a simple guide to our different services.

25mm Budget Service 
Great when you aren't in a rush to get your 25mm badges! You give us plenty of time to make and dispatch your order so we give you a great price including 99p delivery. 
Your badges are usually made and dispatched within 10 clear working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays). Orders under 200 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post with proof of postage. Orders over 200 badges are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Recorded Signed For' post. 
Your badges will usually arrive 3 working days after dispatch. This option is not suitable if you have a deadline to meet. The budget service is not available for orders over 500 badges.

25mm Standard Service 
Our most popular choice with 25mm badge customers! Brilliant when you want your badges fairly quickly but don't have an urgent deadline. Your badges will usually be made and dispatched within 5-6 clear working days (Monday-Friday not including Bank Holidays). 
Orders under 200 badges are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post with proof of postage which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 200 badges up to and including 500 badges are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded Signed For' post which usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 500 badges are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel (with extra insurance included) which usually arrives 3-5 working days after dispatch. 
If you have left it really late and have a deadline you may be interested in our Express Service below.

25mm Express Service 
In a rush? Have a deadline? Not left enough time to use our other services? With our Express Service simply email to let us know your deadline and we will let you know if we can meet it. The more time you can give us the greater the likelihood we will be able to help.  Please keep in mind that we still need to make your badges, so we can not dispatch them the same day.  Please put 'Express Service' in the title of your email and we will reply promptly. 

Using our Express Service your badges will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery to 99% of the UK is by 1pm the next working day after the agreed dispatch date.  Click here to check your location.  Please note that once we dispatch your badges we can not be held responsible for unforseen delays by the Royal Mail.  

38mm Standard Service 
We usually make and dispatch your badges within 5-6 working days. 
Orders of 50 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post with proof of postage and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 50 badges up to 200 badges are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded Signed For' post and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. Orders over 200 badges are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcel (with extra insurance) and usually arrive 3-5 days after dispatch.  If you need your badges more quickly please email us for details of our new Express Service for 38mm badges.
